Your question now has me wondering if the date I have on the story (June 2012) is incorrect but I don't think so. In a 2010 interview, Stephen mentioned toying with the idea of a comic for a story titled Afterlife but I really don't think the story had even been written then. When I get the opportunity, I'll ask Steve about it.
