Kingston, just a hop,skip and a jump away from me..believe that is a downtown area with lotsa bars(Princess and Macdonnell sts).While our Canadian neighbors are fun,and I hate to generalize,some of them raise imbibing alcoholic beverages to an art form..not casting stones,just an observation..

This event sounds just like a scene from the Black Comedy movie, "Bad Santa", starring Billy Bob Thornton!
Billy Bob plays a frequently intoxicated and foul mouthed department store Santa "who doesn't care if you're naughty or nice!"
It is a great laugh, and is billed as "a bawdy, laugh-out-loud experience, the ultimate festive movie for people who don't like Christmas"
It is very funny indeed, but contains twisted humour of a sexually explicit nature so is definitely ADULT viewing!
Bizarrely, here in the UK it only has a 15 rating?
