This is so wrong on so many levels. First off the CEO is full of marshmallows. Hostess never once tried to restructure to keep things going. Filing bankruptcy is not restructuring. They're selling very unhealthy food stuff in a very health conscious world without trying to "fit in" and make a few changes. It is so easy for CEOs to blame unions for their problems. This is like Congress and the POTUS - if you can't work together to solve problems you're doomed to fail.
