Just remembered that in Australia you often have paperback as your first release rather than hardcover so that may be different for you.

Lilja's Library is reporting that the book comes out in April ... in the Netherlands.

    Any truth to that?

Is that because Australia is South of the equator and everything works in reverse of the the Northern Hemisphere?

Hey, gang.....pay attention to what Ms. Mod writes instead of b*tching about no new fodder from Mr. King until September 2013.....

Steve needs more time for editing as he doesn't feel it's anywhere near ready for publication. He has a number of projects he's working on so would not be able to accomplish that within the deadline they would need in order to get it ready for production for a January release.

...and that is to say that a) we've been treated to A Face In the Crowd he wrote with Stewart O'Nan; b) this is baseball season and he's a huge fan - do not disturb; c) he's a grandfather who might want to spend more time with family members than writing these days; and d) better to wait for something superb instead of mediocrity - let the man finish editing what he feels needs it in Dr. Sleep.

    -Or not. I'm just sayin'.

    oh...there's new fodder...all the short stories...'funland'...

but, y'see, lily (with all due respect) one simply cannot be a 'constant reader' if there are these big, huge, gaping gaps...

besides, the red sox didn't do so well this year...

ooo...there goes any chance i ever have of getting an autograph
