Awesome pic! So many womenfolk too!
I'm a bit late getting back to where I came from, but I have a few things to say. :-)
What an amazing experience the Kon was! One of the best times I've had in my entire life! (All mixed in with one of the worst experiences in my life)
Maine is beautiful and the people there were very friendly. Mostly. The bugs were a little too friendly. I've been on a quest to count all of my bug bites, but there are so many I'm not sure I can! I gave up at around 100.
I made a few really great friends during this trip to Maine that have changed my life already. What a wonderful group of people. I feel so honored to have been a part of it all. The love that I was shown touched me in a way I don't have words to describe. I'm crying as I attempt to type this...it is so special to me. (Those of you that put up with my tears in Maine...I owe you a huge THANKS and some more hugs!) I guess, like my new good friend Patricia, I have discovered that I am a big 'ol crybaby! Maybe that's not all bad...
I want to add a special thanks to a few of the people that did so much for me....Patricia, if-so-Grrl, Nate, Hoss, pets, Tower....I love you all and please always remember how important you all were to me during these last few days and that you will remain so. There are others...Scott and Tracy, CJ, Samantha_, Donna. I don't mean to omit anyone, so forgive me if I have.
This place really is filled with family.
Also, I finally got to meet Marsha!! She's as beautiful and wonderful as I knew she would be. Thank you for being you, Ms. Mod!
Lots of fun was had by all and I agree that this HAS to happen again. It just wouldn't be right if it didn't.
OMG! Look at Marsha's T.shirt! I love this... she got ol' zippy mouth on a tee, perfect, M, just perfect!
You guys all look fantastic!
(I would love for someone to be able to point out and name everyone because there are one or two that I can't quite place.)
~ There'll be Chocolate, if God wills it. ~
What a fun looking group of people. I wish I could have met all of you and you look great in your tees! Marsha's is so appropriate - very clever, Marsha. Loving the photos you've all posted so far and eagerly awaiting more. What can I say? I'm greedy.
Nice pictures, nice to see you all. The scenery of this last pic looks almost like taken from a place I grew up in. Is that Penobscot river, back there?
