I'm happy today because I finally got fed up with my own excuses for not working out over the last several months, and joined the gym again. Now I just need to get my discipline and routine back. I don't know how many pounds I've gained but it feels like 30, and the holidays aren't helping.

I'm happy because my daughter is going Christmas caroling tonight with her Daisy Troop to a local Senior Care home. Jillian might not know all the lyrics but she can brighten up a room with her smile!

I am happy today because there is a nip in the air and it feels more like the Holiday Season. (might regret that if it gets too cold).

I had a highly entertaining walk in the snow in the middle of the night and haven't gone to bed yet. It's nice to be feeling better than before.

I am happy today because kidney function is coming back after a very scary week. (Minor bodily function reference.)

Oh, and I also lost 57,2 lbs in 7 months and 17 days, meaning I`m down from 113 kg ( 249 pounds ) to 87 kg ( 191.8 pounds ).
Not bad, me says.
