I'm finally back on the SKMB! I know, I know, it took me too long!

We welcomed a new addition to our family yesterday- Noelle Selene! My first niece, so I am crazy excited! (And not just because I don't have to deal with another round of boy smell) She is beautiful, of course! My brother is ridiculously proud of his first little girl, you can tell he has already fallen in love with her.

Also, I got the results back from the ParaPro test I had to take to work for the school board- Perfect score! I'm not going to let the fact that this was stuff I learned in 8th grade detract from the fact that I aced that sucker!

...because the new song by paul mccartney and the surviving members of nirvana is pretty dang cool...and he's got a new album next year...bodes well

...the new bob mould album is very cool...

...so are both of the neil young and crazy horse efforts: two great albums in one year

...depeche mode is on the way with an album and a tour....

and it's beginning to look an awful lot like the cure may very well visit s. america...which may mean a trip up this way...or a new album...or both

now...if peter gabriel will finally finish a new album...next year could be a banner year

It's the first year teaching test for general education- so K-5. I won't be a teacher, but I'll end up specializing as an assistant, like in speech pathology, early childhood or special ed.
