Just finished The Twelve (excellent), and going for a lighter read --206 Bones by Kathy Reichs.

That is what I am wondering... about it all coming back to me. Like you, I read this one a long time ago, so I will probably order it from the library. Hopefully they will have it in large type cuz I need reading glasses now!

I finished World War Z over the weekend, concerning the aftermath of a war against zombies. Its time I get back to non-fiction, which is has been the bulk of my reading. I'm starting The Power of Habit, by Charles Duhigg. It concerns why we develop habits as individuals, companies, groups, etc.; and how we can re-write the habits.

I just finished the twelve as well. I am reading (to my youngest) a book called Hoot. This story deals with a bully and some endangered owls. ( I am loving it so far, as the bully got his nose broken in the midst of picking on the main character)

I ordered this from Amazon last night, should be here on Wednesday, can't wait to start it. How does it compare to The Passage?

I tried to read The Casual Vacancy by JK Rowling but I only got about 100 pages in. It's definitely NOT Harry Potter but I knew it wouldn't be. I kept thinking the story might get more interesting but I finally decided that I didn't even like any of the characters so why keep reading if I wasn't enjoying it. Too bad.
