Casual Vacancy by Rowling. I'm not too far in but so far I'm pretty bored. Sad.

pets and I are currently doing a reread of King's books in order of publication. Novels only. We both finished Carrie and Salem's Lot, so it's on to The Shining!

I'm still reading the letter exchange between Julia Child and Avis DeVoto. Julia's moved to Germany, the Childs and DeVotos have met in person, and they're still obsessing about knives. :-)

A little book called Mermaids by Patty Dann. It's a quick read, and such a cute book. I do not even know how many times I've read it.
I enjoy the movie as well.

Just finished up Mermaids, now I'm in the mood to read Harry Potter. Will be reading Order of the Phoenix, my favorite of the series. Ahh, Dolores Umbridge! How I love to hate her!
