'Bout half way through this book (making cookies and candies taking up my reading time) and I HIGHLY recommend it to any one who loves books and loves to read.

Got to admit Straub is a lot harder to read than King.I remember thinking for the 1st third of the book "what the hell is going on".It was a good read in the end.I very rarely give up on a book once I've got more than 10 pages in.I'm always hoping to find a connection to SK's books but alas I haven't noticed any since "Bango Skanks" in Houses Without Doors

Been reading Robert McCammon's They Thirst but while I was reading it I happened to pick up The Wind Through the Keyhole in paperback and decided switch over and finish it first. It took about 4 days in all to read TWTTK and now I'm back on track with They Thirst. Next I think will be either Dean Koontz's 77 Shadow Street, S.M. Peters Whitechapel Gods, or Dan Simmons' A Winter Haunting.

Finally finished the re-read of IT, long, but satisfying and moving. Starting Ghost Road Blues this week, by Jonathan Maberry.

I am reading Orca Books. These books are a quick read and are teen books. There are alot of these books. Check these books out. I would say these books are for 12 yrs old and up. The library has a whole section of them.If not, they could order them for you .

I am reading Lisey's Story at the moment, although life has me reading it at an incredibly slow pace.
