We had flu ville here yesterday..... My girls went back to school today like nothing ever happened......Sheesh, wish I recovered that fast! I have ten thousand chores to do, so I'd better move. Good Morning! Well the thing about the way people are treated at work is that it's tough to watch someone try to live on $9.00 an hour, to not have insurance or be able to afford a doctor, to not know if they are going to have a job next month and to have no choice but to do it because there is nothing else they can get. It's a shame. Some of the people who have temped there are not just some guy off the street, they have degrees in teaching, history, art, sciences etc etc.
So anyhow maybe I ought to just go start a thread about it, and leave it for now. I'm going to sit here in my jammies and drink my coffee like a good little bookminer on her day off.



I'll take that in my special cup....

Want to wish everyone a great Tuesday. Happy to be back in work, even if the workday was very
stressful today. Let's hope it will be better tomorrow. Cold again this morning -20C later on the
day it was only -5C No sun today. Grey and cold. Where is spring??

Good Wednesday! This week is just zipping by.

I'm just relaxing with some coffee, not much happening around here today. Kids are busy with their PAWS testing this week, and Ali gets to go to a little play this afternoon.

It is going to be 59 and just plain gorgeous here today! We are going to go outside and enjoy it a little bit.

Hi All! Just popping in before heading off to work. I had the last two days off, got abit of some nice weather on both days- they started out overcast and grey but the clouds disappeared around 11 am and from then on it was sun, sun, sun!! (I know, Shasta, you'd be more than happy to send yours up this way) Looks like today is going to be another sunny one and I so-o want to just call up work and say I can't make it in. But, gotta pay the bills, right? Another two weeks and I'll qualify for my vacation hours and am going to take some time off and decompress!! Hopefully, I'll make it till then before I slay a customer! Everyone have a great day!!
