After I finish 11/22/63, I'll read It.
After I finish 11/22/63, I'll read It.
I started Under the Dome, but never finished it. So definitely that.
The Dark Tower VII calls to me at night ( I guess that it doesn't help I made a shrine to my DT books).
Still need to read Insomnia, the Stand and Clack House because of all the DT connections.
Then it would always be nice to read The Shining.
11/22/63, and the last few DT books. Oh, and need to finish Mile 81... I have found that I absolutely HATE reading from my computer, lol.
I have Bag of Bones to still read, Full Dark, No Stars, Black House, The Talisman, The Eyes of The Dragon, Thinner, Roadwork, Rage, The Running Man, 11/22/63(but I want to read that when it comes out in paperback), The Tommyknockers, Firestarter, Misery, The Shining, The Wind Through the Keyhole and The Colorado Kid.
I'm reading On Writing at the moment, and after that I feel like giving The Cider House Rules a second try. I always feel I need a SK break every now and then, because I'm not really a re-reader. The only book by Stephen King that I would massively consider re-reading is IT.
11/22/63
Right now, I'm reading Under the Dome again, but I'm taking it slow because I rushed thru it the first time!!After that, I might revisit The Territories in The Talisman!!

Oh, I have fallen so far away from the light on this particular subject! I have to admit that I do indeed have to make my atonements when it comes to Stephen's latest books.I do have an excuse, though...I've been so very busy these past couple of years, that I simply haven't been able to find the time to read his latest releases. That's why I've been answering on all the old books so far here in the forums.
I suppose I'll have to start with "From A Buick 8", although I have seen some responses elsewhere that it may not be all that I expect from Stephen. I do know the basic jist from the "On Writing" description he gave some years back; other than that, I'll just keep my fingers crossed. Hopefully, this book will exceed "Insomnia" in it's final, crafted form.
Another one that I'm really looking forward to reading is "The Dome". Don't have any info on that one. Glad to say that I'm definitely not one of those readers, which Stephen chastises fervently, who sneaks peeks too often...and I certainly do not look at the end before I begin any book. (Pats himself on shoulder, holds head high)
I'm sure also that I will be posting here a few more times in the coming weeks, concerning my unworthy progress with the task at hand on this one. I sincerely hope that Stephen will forgive me...someday...for being such a slackluster fan, when it comes to keeping up my end of the book deals![]()
For me, it must be The Dark Tower Journey!
