The score for Psyco, “The Murder” by Bernard Hermann, always give me that unnerving feeling.

I've gotta vote for the original Halloween. By today's standards, or lack thereof, the movie wasn't very bloody, but Carpenter used music to set the mood, raise tension, get emotional responses. As for the remake, it tried to briefly delve into what made Michael Myers a monster, but all in all, I've seen better film on teeth.
Being a Dark Shadows nut I love this one.
I personally love the music from Silent Hill, both from the movies and video games.
I must say Jaws was the first to come to my mind, but that song they play during Silence of The Lambs when what's his face is dancing and tucking himself back, also makes my skin crawl.
Love the theme from Pan's Labyrinth!

How can we forget this blood curdling film.
I have always loved the theme from Bram Stokers Dracula (the one with Gary Oldman as Dracula). I also love anything by Angelo Bandalamenti, he best known for the Twin Peaks music, but he did the music for Mulhulland Drive and lots of other David Lynch films.
