oh, boy....this may require someone who uses Windows to explain if that's what you're using. The process might also vary according to the browser you're using. On Firefox using a Mac, I go to Preferences, click on the Advanced tab, then the Network tab, and then in the section for Offline Storage, click Clear Now. Before going through all that, though, have you tried holding down the shift key and then reloading the page?
