I've posted a message in the News Forum.

I just watched No Country for Old Men this weekend and I couldn't detect any trace of his accent in that part.

I haven't seen any of Javier's movies (that I know of). I just hope they do change his eye color. My vote still goes to Viggo tho. (Man, this is getting to be like the same as the Twilighters- are you in Camp Edward or the other guys????? )

It looks like it's pretty much a done deal that Javier Bardem will play Roland. They are working out some of the final points for the contract but he has signed on in principle.
