Re: Does anyone own the orig. Bachman paperbacks ?
I have a hardback copy of Thinner, complete with a picture of Richard Bachman and is dedicated to his wife Claudia Inez Bachman. I also have a copy of The Bachman Books with Rage, etc. in it.
Re: Does anyone own the orig. Bachman paperbacks ?
I only just recently rediscover my hardback copy (with Rage included) that I thought I had lost years ago. No dust jacket and the binding is a mess, but all the pages are intact.
Re: Does anyone own the orig. Bachman paperbacks ?
I have all 4 in 1/1 paperback (Rage is a Canada printing, still considered a 1/1 since they were printed at the same time, but less expensive then the US edition), the omnibus in 1/1 HC not to mention the 2-3 BCE's laying around, Thinner in 1/1 HC and BCE and paperback (someday I have get rid of all these BCEs I have).
It's not that difficult to find Rage in paperback really, it's just expensive, even the later printing copies can top $100 in fine condition (US version).
The omnibus is not hard to find with Rage in it either, runs a bit more the the other Viking editions but not terribly so.

You can pick up a paper back version of The Bachman books (the older one with Rage in it) from £2.51 from play.com. I think I will push the boat out and spend £2.67 for a good condition book.
