Is this your favorite Stephen King movie?

Is this your favorite Stephen King movie, if not which one have you seen that topped it. For me this is not only my favorite SK movie but my favorite movie of all time. I havn't read the book yet, I'm waiting for a cheap h/c copy of Different Seasons to show up on ebay. But I actually heard the movie is better than the story (thats a first) But I just absolutly love this movie! I had been hearing about it for awhile in other movies and my Bio teacher told me its a great movie and I should check it out so I finally watched it On Demand one day, bought the DVD the next. I just watched it the other night and now I'm kinda in the mood to watch it again

Yes! lolol...And GG is right...the story is still better than the movie...It is one of my top 5 all time favorite movies and I watch it whenever or where ever it comes on...Get busy livin' or get busy dyin' BRILLIANT!!!!!

It is certainly right there with the Shining and Stand by me. Anyone of the three work for me. Delores Claiborne and Misery and pretty damn good as well but just a notch below IMHO.

Not only is this my favorite SK movie adaptation, it's my favorite movie of all time (and the highest rated movie on IMDB). I'm thrilled that the same director is directing The Walking Dead (a great new TV series).

Different Seasons is one of my fav. books, I enjoy all of the novellas and short stories by S.K. the best . The stories are better than the movies no matter which one your talking about . Shawshank is def. my fav. King movie, next would be " The Green Mile ".
