I haven't read any of his work, but have been interested. Now reading the posts here, I'm going to have to invest in his books and add them to my Amazon wish list.

Make Blue World one of the books on your list. It's a book of short stories that offers delightful, tasty samples of what Mr. McCammon is cooking.

Just read Baal for the first time. It's got problems (it's a little too episodic and unfocused, the prose is weak in places, and ultimately it's too short), but overall, I enjoyed it.

I'm about halfway through McCammon's latest in the Matthew Corbett series, "The Providence Rider," and am enjoying it immensely! This series is one of my favorites. I keep picturing Matthew as Johnny Depp looked in "Sleepy Hollow." That, along with McCammon's writing, makes it doubly fun!

Just pre ordered The Providence Rider, can't wait to get it. Love the "Speaks the Nightbird" Series.... never thought historical fiction was my forte... apparently it is...
