The Five certainly sounds intriguing! Anyway, I'd read it just for McCammon's exquisite writng!
I had a copy from the library and decided I needed to get my own. I had started it--and it is about a rock and roll band who are starting out on tour and some members have surprises for the others.

I ordered a copy from Amazon and they tell me my copy should arrive by USPS either tomorrow or Sat. boyoboy

Got my copy from Sub Press yesterday! It's thicker than I thought it would be, so that's a pleasant surprise! Can't wait to start it!

We've made up some T-shirts to help promote The Five, if anyone is interested. Details can be found here.

Robert McCammon's The Five is now available as an ebook for the Kindle and the NOOK.

I've never read him but coincidentally, a facebook friend asked over the weekend if I had ever read any of his books. Perhaps I should try one or two. I saw he's won several Stoker awards (Horror Writers Association awards).

I just got Swan Song the other day. It is next on my list of reading. Right now, I am reading Lost Boy Lost Girl by Peter Straub.

I finished Mine the other day and immediately made my wife start it. the Five and Baal are the only ones I've not read. Think I'll buy the Five today.

I picked up a copy of The Five yesterday. It sounds really good, and a recommendation from Stephen King is always a good sign. I've never read this author before; really looking forward to it.
