I can attest (sp) for the fact that Bassetts are lazy. We have two of them. Man are they lazy. And when they are not, they are barking at the fly on the wall the is 5 miles down the road. ugggg!!!! but i wouldnt trade them for the world. id post a picture of them if i could figure it out.

okay, i just posted the bad news about my kitty cat on the kittens thread... now for the puppies. i posted before about my bassetts... now for my goldens. we raised 4 of them. all were family, mom, dad, brother, sister. we lost our last one, after 14 1/2 years in february 09. still drives a knife through my heart to think about him. that dog followed me to the bathroom in the middle of the night. you are missed heidi (mom), sam (dad), splashie (sister) and tiger (brother in february).
