Yeah, I didn't know there was a version that had a commentary. I have to get it now. I have the older version with no commentary.

If Mr. King does the comm it's gotta be great! This was one of the best adaptations and I consider it the best T.V. miniseries adaptation. I've gotta find a copy of this on DVD one way or another!

I'm in the UK, and as far as I'm aware there is no King commentary on the Region 2 version I've got.

I have found that I enjoy the commentaries. I tend to learn a wee bit more.Well worth the extra money.

I'll have to agree with those who have said that the comm track on the two-disc DVD of The Stand is worth it. I'm not always really a big fan of commentary myself, but I did enjoy this one. It was totally worth buying in my opinion.
