I watched Drive as well. It was a cool flick, but be warned that it's pretty artsy. I thought Ryan Gosling's character was awesome though, he reminded me of Eastwood's man with no name, or even the terminator. Quiet on the verge of being dumb, until the s**t hits the fan and he opens up, doing what he does best, and then he's a genius.
...or 55 years... (sigh)...
I watched The Six Degrees of Helter Skelter. It was part of a cheap Wal-Mart triple feature. The other two movies are about Ted Bundy and something else called "The Boneyard."
Anywho, I learned stuff. Probably should read the book if I can find it.
J Edgar - pretty good biopic 8/10
Real Steel . . . I liked it.
The Telephone. with Whoopi Goldburg.
It's a cheesy early 80's flick. poor filming, no soundtrack. it's just her, in her apartment, talking on the phone.
i absolutely adore this because it's whoopi at her best. just doing her thing - accents, comedy, her crazy self. there are other actors in the movie for, maybe, totaling 5 minutes. but, really, it's just her. and it's awesome.
Horrible Bosses .... It wasn't too bad at all 6/10
