Watchin Frozen at the moment.
I watched Tin Cup starring Kevin Costner, Renne Russo, and Cheech Marin last night. It's a golf movie with a love story attached to it. Decent movie, but it took three hours to watch with all the freaking commercials.
'100 Feet' with Famke Janssen - really enjoyed it...it made me jump![]()
We just got done watching The Jacket. It was a good movie, kinda weird, but I liked the story.
I caught most of "Blame it on Rio" the other day on cable. I have mixed feelings. Its a fun and sexy comedy but still a little creepy. That girl was only 17 when she made the film. Yet she's topless in every other scene. I'm no prude, but I'm not sure if that would be legal today? - Even if they shot outside the US. Anyway, its classic 80s cheese. Or is it?
"One pixel can change everything."
I watched Cronos, an early Guillermo del Toro film, with Ron Pearlman as the bad guy. It was an interesting new take on vampires, and I always love Pearlman, but its pacing was slow, and I don't know if it was my connection or the way the movie was shot, but it seemed to be running around 30 frames per second or so (I don't think it was my internet, as everything else I watched looked fine). It gave any movement a jerky-quality that was distracting.

Scary Movie
I finally got around to watching the original Wall Street starring Charlie Sheen (before he started "winning") and Michael Douglas. Great movie. Kind of lost me with all the technical dialogue, but I got the general idea of what they were saying.
Way of the Dragon starring Bruce Lee and Chuck Norris. I'd never seen this one before and I thought it was pretty good. I recommend not watching the english-dubbed version. It's weird and distracting seeing Bruce Lee speaking english while the words don't match the movements of his mouth. The final duel at the end of the movie between Lee and Norris was amazing.
