I liked it ! It's about a Nazi extermination camp from the perspective of a boy. The Nazi officer gets stationed at this camp, and has to take his family to live just down the road. His son tries to find something to do, and stumbles upon this boy behind a fence. What he would do to be as lucky as this boy behind the fence. He doesn't have to take baths, get's to wear his pajamas all day, etc.

This film is based on the novel by John Boyne. I bought it a couple of weeks ago and added it to my to-read pile!!
I will try and read it before watching the movie.

Bram Stoker's Dracula. It didn't follow the book (sideplot with Dracula & Mina?) but I guess the cinematography made it tolerable. Keanu Reeves wasn't that good.

funny I was just thinking about starting a thread like this.

As for myself, last night I finally saw the film adaptation of "To Kill A Mockingbird", and I love the story even more now. I had actually never seen it, only seen clips from it on tv shows or movies and always heard people talking about it.

it wasnt as bad as I had expected it might be. The way the old lore was brought into the modern day setting as it was to me was pretty clever. I have no idea about the books or stories, but the movie, imaginative and creative, for me.
