Oh yes, both these guys would be good also. I lean toward Hugh Laurie myself. I think Hugh Jackman would be good too.

Clint Eastwood would have been a great Roland! :) I rather like the idea of Hugh Jackman as Roland.

I'm sure whomever is picked to play Roland will be great but I must admit that Hugh Jackman would be an awesome Roland.
