Thanks Mary Ann, I'll pass it on to her!
God, I'm crying too! Such a joyful moment amongst all that destruction.
Computer #1: So, I hear you speak binary?
Computer #2: Oh, on and off.
ba-dum-ching!
He seemed so full of life even in his older years, I just heard an interview with him a short time ago and he seemed like the same young guy he was in the 1960's. Your music was an inspiration, Ray!

Happy today because my daughter Jillian is going to be "promoted" from Daisy to Brownie in a ceremony tonight!

I feel your pain, crazybeats, but definitely take Ms. Mod's advice on this and sign up for those publisher newsletters and keep on trying through multiple sources. As a lifelong SK fan, it always...
Ooh, I forgot about green tea! Good stuff, especially those tall cans of Arizona Iced Tea! Chugging one of those after a hot afternoon working in the yard is a little bit of heaven......
This "one movie at a time" option makes me less nervous than the "whole enchilada" approach. If they can land a big star like Russell Crowe in the title role that will give the movie a better chance...

This just makes me respect Joe Hill even more. I knew he had struggled with the follow-up novel to HSB (I asked him about it when I got to meet him a couple years ago) but had no idea he had OCD...
You can do it!
Joyland is from the Hard Case Crime imprint, meant to re-capture the spirit of the original crime pulps of a bygone era. I see no problem with making this available through print media only. And...

Hope things get better and safer out your way.
It's just been so beautiful here, it just doesn't feel like Pittsburgh weather. We normally don't have this many sunny warm days!
I think it's natural as we age to break from the herds of people that we might superficially call "friends", as we find out more about who our true friends are. I don't think technology has as much...
Much better than waiting until Halloween, huh? :smile2:
Does anyone know if the Walking Dead zombies have problems with scavengers and other animals that would feed on flesh? Is this ever...
I'm psyched for it! As long as it's good and holds up as a movie, faithfulness to the novel isn't as important to me...it's almost impossible to remain 100% faithful to a written work anyway, too...
Not to mention the new releases by SK's sons.
Devote more of my life to learning and the pursuit of truth.
Thanks for posting, Spidey! Hope all our friends in Canada are okay!
