The last SK item I purchased was the Carrie 3-movie DVD set at Walmart. It has all 3 films: Carrie, The Rage: Carrie 2 and Carrie [NBC TV re-make]. I put this on my bookcase next to my Carrie Special Edition DVDs [one with the holographic slip cover and one without] and my VHS.
Apt Pupil,dvd.I ordered it today:biggrin2:
I just bought a hard back of Hearts in Atlantis and a copy of Cycle of the Werewolf yesterday.
I ordered the DVD of Nightmares and Dreamscapes yesterday:biggrin2:
I am very excited as I have not see any of them yet.
UR and The Eyes of the Dragon for Kindle.
I finally picked up the gift edition of "Desperation" from Grant. It's a beautiful book and I'm thrilled that I picked this up.
The library here had a sale today and I bought the first four DT books from Plume, paperbacks with the artwork inside ( like the one showed here...
Attachment 13155 )...ALL of them never read, they still smell like new...for the unbelievable price of 14 Canadian bucks TOTAL.
Almost passed out at this opportunity, still can`t believe it..
Then, as I was walking back home, I stopped by some used book store and found an original first edition of Thinner, published in 1984, hard-cover, with the picture of " Richard Bachman "...in near mint condition, read maybe only once.
NO mention of SK anywhere...for the astonishing price of just five bucks.
Never even seen a "real" Bachman book where there is no mention of SK and now I know what RB looked liked before he died of cancer.
