I thought I'd be totally cool with the "dislike" button until I got "disliked" by someone I'm already not a huge fan of. Instead of being cool I got violently angry. I'm not sure how much that emotion is going to make me want to check the board. :dunno:

It's ok, don't worry about it...in this life there will always be someone who doesn't agree with you or won't like what you have to say all the time, it's just the way things are. Don't worry about petty things like that, sooner or later everyone's going to get a 'dislike', including me I'm sure, and then life goes on. :)

You're right. I'm pretty over it now.

But I vow to never use the dislike button! If I dislike something someone says I will take the time to write a response!

The only reason I'm okay with the dislike button is that it is not anonymous. We'll still have to wait and see if it ends up being abused. If so, it'll have to go... and/or we'll have to start handing out infractions like lollipops.

I want a lollipop. Can I get one for being good, or do I have to be bad?

That's not why I came to this thread though. I came to tell Jordan that I love the "No Avatar" avatar. I'm assuming it's automatic if a person doesn't select one. But, it's so much better then what most board have. If the "No Avatar" was here before I never saw it.
