the Stand or IT?

Which one should I read first? The Stand or It? I'm currently pretty far into Pet Sematary but I want to tackle one of King's more mammoth works... :confused:

That's a tough one. Can't go wrong with either. If you want more scary, I would say "IT"

Both great choices. I think personally I would go with It. But no real reason behind my choice.

My personal choice would always be The Stand, everyone here is right, you won't go wrong either way.

True, they are both tremendously awesome and you can't go wrong with either. IT is my favorite SK novel so of course I recommend starting with that one.

....only because it's my favorite, would I suggest Stand over IT...both are awesome-possum!...

Depends when you actually start the book. If it is Spring or Summer, read The Stand. If it is Fall or Winter, read IT.
