Hmm, nuts are nice so long as they're accompanied by a caramel or chocolate syrup. Why do so many threads here turn into food discussions? :dunno:

Now that's a combo I've never tried. I need to. Immediately! :eek2:

I would give anything to be able to buy or make the peanut butter sauce Friendly's uses. A Reese's Pieces super sundae is still the only reason to go into that place. And their waffle fries loaded with cheese, bacon, and sour cream. So good.

I love their peanut butter sauce, too. It's been a while since I've made it but I think this is the recipe I've used in the past that was a pretty good copycat. I had to hide the recipe as it would be too tempting!
1 cup peanut butter chips
1/3 cup milk
1/4 cup heavy cream
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Melt 1 cup REESE'S Peanut Butter Chips with milk and whipping cream in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.
Stir in 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Cool to room temperature
Also found this one.

I dig you Fred. It's hard for me to read some of the light colored and or small font on my PC, I can't even try on my phone. I rarely log on with my phone as it's PITA to do so.
I once tried to thank a post and somehow, accidentally instead opted to ignore myself. That's just another example of the pitfalls of participating here via phone. Anyhow, I know where you are coming from with the small and or light colored fonts.
BTW Fred, I'd like to tell you that you are a good sport and that I like melted toffee on my sundaes.
