UTD film?

When my mum and I read UTD,my mum gave my auntie a synopsis of it,to which she said she had seen a film just like it.(no not The Simpsons or the twilight zone episode that has been loosely associated with the end.)

She described the book to a tee.I remember looking on the internet for such a film,to no avail.Is anyone aware of any film that is anything like it?

CBS had just announce a mini series for UTD

Yes, we have that in our announcements. It will be a series with at least 13 installments slated rather than a mini-series, though.
