I have picked up 11/22/63 to try to start again; it was not a good time for me when it first came out, hoping now is the time.

I am currently reading things about people I know/knew on Facebook. I looked up a boy I knew when I was 15 - he was the first crush I ever had that was mutual. However, the relationship always seemed to stop just this short of kissing. I found him! He is still cute and blonde, but now he's married to someone named "Ed." This answers 32 years of "what if" questions....

It's been techno-thriller time for me, mostly novels by Daniel Suarez. Now reading the last 100 pages of his Freedom, which is a sequel for Daemon (which I read first, of course). He sure knows the technical part, but tends to write a bit too long chapters for my taste.

I was doing this recently with kids I grew up with when I was in elementary school. Just found a lot of sadness.

I'm re-reading FDNS by Uncle Steve.
It's just as dark and beautiful as always.
