Okay, this I what I think should happen: Get Clint Eastwood while he's still alive. He should be Roland. They could include (extremely-well edited) stock footage from Eastwood westerns. (I'm serious.) CGI can do anything, now.

I totally agree with you. When he played Magneto in X men First class he was quite cold and when he smiled he scared me a little which makes me think he would be a great Roland if we rough him up a bit :)

robert carridean, he is roland, rough and tough and tall and lanky, and he has the attitude in the movies he played in. that is if he is still alive, i think he is!
