I agree they come in handy, but they look like keystone cops riding them.

ah...so that's what a Segway is. I thought so. Probably has some good points...no poop to clean up, there's that...image after all. Course, if the customers see a bunch of Segways parked at the Dunkin Donuts...hmmm...I wonder if little kids will be frightened of them. A cop almost ran me over this once...comes screaming through town...I'm looking both ways before I cross, he wasn't there one moment, but he was there the next. I hid behind the sheet of plywood leaning against the neighbor's house. Imagine some five-year-old traumatized forever if some zealot cop on a Segway almost runs him/her over. No plywood to hide behind. I imagined those guys from American Pickers coming across a Segway in some old coot's barn, years from now, getting all happy...a Segway! The Edmonton cops used these! Some beat and battered Segway lying on its side...dusty, neglected, forlorn. And 7-grand for one of those puppies. Sheesh. Two wheels, a handle to hang onto...some sort of motor...battery probably.
Lol, can't say they are not adventurous.
You know the inventor of the Segway died rolling off a cliff on one. Or something like that.
Only one man can ride a segway the way it was truly meant to be ridden-- Jobe, from Arrested Development.
...it is difficult to look studly, when mounted on a Segway...

This is what I'm reminded about...anyone have one of these? Hours of fun. I keep mine in the refrigerator w/the cannibal.
"in the refrigerator w/the cannibal?" Is Walter really Edgar Freemantle?
