I almost dropped my drink when I saw Ron Jeremy walk into Spago a few years back (not the bistro, the bona fide restaurant and nice bar). I had no idea who he was until someone told me.
He was just about the nastiest man I've ever seen, unbathed, in crappy clothes, needing a haircut and a shave, with two hoochie-mamas hanging off him. That was enough for me to intuit I didn't need to see him on celluloid.

I saw him when we were in Las Vegas! My whole family was walking out of the Caesar's Palace Forum Shops and he was walking in. I pointed him out to my husband, who didn't know who he was. I said, "Wow, I bet I'm the only Mormon homeschooling housewife on the strip who knows who Ron Jeremy is!" Quickly followed by "I bet I'm the only Mormon homeschooling housewife ANYWHERE who knows who Ron Jeremy is!"

I have never seen any of him porn films (although I have seen some porn films in my day, I wasn't always a perfect little church girl), so I'm not actually sure where I recognized him from. He's in a lot of non-porn stuff, too, like this video, where he's making copies...

Maybe it's not really that he's hung like a big thing that has made him famous, maybe it's that he gives men hope. Even Ron Jeremy can get laid, famous and probably quite wealthy. He's not a porn star really... he's a beacon of hope.

I was shown wayyyyy too much porn during my education. :oo:

My husband and I watched porn. And I saw Jeremy. Ugh!

According to my husband I do not have the correct attitude while watching porn. Sorry. I tend to notice, and comment, " That woman knew she was going to be videotaped but she didn't take the time to shave her arm pits?". "Her feet are all sooty!". "With those breasts, she should never allow herself to be put in that position. Her boobs are obscuring her face". :laugh:

I watched some program where female porn stars were commenting on working with John Wayne Bobbit. (Look it up!) One woman stated that he had to inject some thing (?) to get to attention. *cough*. Supposedly, his nickname in the porn business was *Frankenweiner* :wow:
