You tube has many King audio books that you can listen to , for free.
They have copy rite dis-claimers all over the place ...section 107 , Title 19 says that you can ...blaa blaa...
No copy rite infringement intended ...blaa blaa...

It seems as if its OK and legal to post them there. or at least the people that post them seem to think so.

I don't wanna listen to them if its not legal, I would feel like a trader of I did. (even though I have read Kings books with out paying)
Is there some law that says that after 30 years or something...you can post it for free ?

It isn't okay--it's piracy--and if we learn of them, we report them so that the publisher can remove them. The audio books, or at least the majority of them, haven't been out long enough to not fall under copyright protection.
