Cell: The Movie?

There is a rumor going round, that CELL is now being made into a film with John Cusack and the director from 1408. There is also talk that King himself has written the script. Is there any truth in this?

I think it would make a great film.

John Cusack is a very carismatic actor. I'm anxious to see him as Clayton, but this probably won't happen until 2014.

Cell would be a great miniseries - if it was made by AMC ( as in [The Walking Dead[/I].

Give it a cast of unknowns & throw some actors from the UK into the mix.

I just read it , and yes it would be great to see it as a film ( where the hell will they find so many actors to play the deads ? lol ) . I hope they will make it !!!
