Well, you can find it here (http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B000SSUX56?tag=wwwmyharrypot505-20&camp=14573&creative=327641&linkCode=am1&creativeASIN=B000SSUX56&adid=1HBV6JR0W6HKVB48JKCM&) at Amazon. But unless you have $1,100 USD to spend...
I also found it here (http://weread.com/book/B000SSUX56/The%2BGlass%2BFloor%2Bin%2BStartling%2BMystery%2BS tories%2C%2BVol.%2B1%2C%2BNo.%2B6/FBK-B000SSUX56_-1). It looks like you have to register for this site before you can read it. I did not register so I can't vouch for the legitimacy of the site. Caveat Emptor.
If all else fails, maybe try your local library. If they don't have it, ask them if they can get it.
I hope this helps and is what you were looking for... I'd never heard of it myself before I googled.
And welcome to the board!!!

I know this is an old thread, but I thought you'd like to know you can read "The Glass Floor" in Cemetery Dance #68, which is also the Glenn Chadbourne Special Issue:
